If the product is in fermentation, refer to the section entitled “PACKAGES, WINE FROM GRAPES,” for the applicable FTIR packages. For more information, refer to the section entitled “HOME, FTIR”. Analyzed parameters using FTIR are not included in the scope of accreditation of the laboratory.
