• NIR or distillation and DMA are the only methods listed but other methods can be applied to measure alcoholic strength (depends on products) such as “distillation and hydrostatic balance” or “DMA only”.

SPECIFIC GRAVITY

• The measure of specfic gravity by DMA method may occasionally be replaced by hydrostatic balance measurement.
