A technically qualified staff with over 50 years of collective experience supervised by Mr. Matteo Meglioli, Oenologist with a Ph.D. in Chemistry, ensures your products’ quality assurance is in good hands. In addition, Mosti Lab has partnered with Vassanelli Lab based in Bussolengo di Verona in Italy, which provides experience and technological breakthroughs from the largest enological laboratory in Italy.
Standards & Certifications
We are currently undergoing ISO 17025 accreditation. According to the OIV’s guidelines and recommendations concerning quality control in enological laboratories, Mosti Lab participates in collaborative studies in order to verify the accuracy of our testing procedures with the American Society for Enology and Viticulture (ASEV) and the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC).
