FTIR Packages

Analyses primarily conducted using FTIR Method. Strawberry wines cannot be fortified, contain essences, have undergone significant deacidification or be modified in such a way that has altered the matrix of the product. Strawberry wines mixed with other fruits or plants (ex: raspberry, rhubarb, blueberry) are not accepted for the FTIR package. These exceptions should be analyzed by “T-Package” or by individual analysis. See “HOME, FTIR” section for more information on the conditions to be respected. The analyzed parameters using FTIR are not included in the scope of accreditation of the laboratory.
