Dr. Meglioli has been colaborating with local producers for over 15 years. He combines diversified hands-on experience and an extensive pedigree to offer support that is scientific, tacile and adapted to local varietals.
Dr. Meglioli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Parma and a Degree in Enology and Viticulture from the University of Bologna. He is a member in good standing with the Ordre des Chimistes du Québec.
